Once you log into your account.phonespeak.com, you will see your account. You will be able to add more user(s) or number(s) into your account.  

To add number(s), you can either add fresh number from PhoneSpeak or to Port over your existing number. This page will load once you click on [Go to Phone Numbers].

To Port In your number to SpeakPhone, you are required to fill up a LOA Form (click on the URL to download the form). Once you have downloaded the form and filled up the form, you can proceed to [Port-In your Number(s) to PhoneSpeak]. 

You can continue to set your account details under [Settings>Company Settings] This is where you are able to set by default to record your calls. However the call records are only stored for maximum 3 days and not more than 30minutes.  

Business Hour setting enable you to set when you want the calls to ring on your PhoneSpeak and went it should automatically forward to a voice mail (after business hours). 

By adding users, you can choose to assign the users to share the company number for all calls (under “Default Caller ID”) or you can add more dedicated numbers (on the other side menu tab under “Phone Number”). The cost of adding each user is $15.99** (US) and RM14.90 (MY) in the main account and for the dedicated number is $5.00 (US) and RM14.90 (MY) per number.

With this addition of users and dedicated numbers, your PhoneSpeak eventually has become a cloud PBX that can handle multiple calls and does call handling features that PhoneSpeak offers.



Once you have created your users, then you can set your user permission and notification
