How much does it cost?
A $9 one-time fee will be charged to port your number over. If you are porting more than 5 numbers, the fees will be reduced to $5 per number.
Is there downtime?
No. Phone carriers have done a good job over the years coming up with the right technology to ensure no downtime is experienced when users are porting numbers.
How do I get started with porting my numbers into PhoneSpeak.com?
Make sure you have already signed up as a customer. Once you have you will see a link inside the portal that says "Port my number". Fill out that form in its entirety and we'll get the process started.
What if I have a lot of numbers I'd like to port and I need to ensure the right users get assigned to the right number?
We do this all the time. Once you fill out the form our porting team will be in touch with you to ensure everything is smooth and routed to the proper person.
Download LOA Form
On your PhoneSpeak account dashboard under the menu [Phone Numbers], you will see top right [Port Existing] which enable you to Port-in your existing number to PhoneSpeak.
Here is where you begin the Number Port-in self service. Make sure you have already filled the LOA form that you have downloaded earlier.
Fill up your details and the number(s) that you wish to port-in to PhoneSpeak.
Here is where you upload the filled LOA Form and also your latest/current billing. Once you got the document upload, click [Submit Port].
