Our billing system is fully automated, in order for you to enjoy our service uninterrupted.
You will need a valid credit/debit card, along with sufficient fund in order to complete the payment process. Payment is automatically collected at the end of each billing cycle.
In the event the subscription change mid-cycle, our system will pro-rate the new charges, where it applies. There is no pro-rate/refund if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
You will be notified via email when:
- we charge your card when subscription is due.
- each failed attempt to charge your card.
Failed payment?
Our system will automatically retry for over a period of time. When this happen, your account will be suspended. You still be able to login to your account from the browser only.
