In order to port out your number from PhoneSpeak, you will need to contact the carrier to which you’d like to port your numbers. Most carriers require you to fill out a Letter of Authorization (LOA form).
Due to the required information from carrier may vary. Please kindly contact us at [email protected] for the required information. We will need the following information in order to generate the information you need.
1) Your registered PhoneSpeak Company Name or the email used to sign up PhoneSpeak.
2) The number(s) that you wish Port Out from PhoneSpeak.
Please note that PhoneSpeak does not issue any physical billing document or proof of ownership. We are a pay-as-you-go service. Nevertheless, you can use the email that is sent to you for your monthly subscription charges. Or screenshot of the "Numbers" of your account as your billing document to submit for your Port In with your new carrier.
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a 4 or 5 digit password associated with the US number that allows the customer to move the number from one carrier to another carrier. PIN is mandate only for US local numbers. Please contact us at [email protected] to get the PIN for Port Out.
There will be a timeframe of 2-3 business days for us to revert back to you on your requested information to port out, kindly plan your number porting accordingly with your next carrier.
