​​Please note that the cancellation process is irreversible and the number that you subscribed may not able to get it back once it is cancelled/terminated. If you wish to proceed. Please send us an email [email protected] and we'll get you going.

In order to cancel your account, please login to your account.phonespeak.com, under [BILLING], select Subscription. The page will then take you to the option to self-cancel your account. 

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION POLICY


For any account cancellation, the subscriber is required to login PhoneSpeak account console to perform the account self-cancellation process. An immediate cancellation should be performed in order to avoid any further automated recurring billing to your account.


Our service is a subscription-based service billed monthly or annually on credit based billed as per demand by depositing funds and using the service on a pay as you go basis. You can choose to cancel any time during that time, and you will not be billed again in the following billing cycle.


You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account.

Your account and all its content will be deleted immediately upon your cancellation of the Service.


You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month which you discontinued Service.


You will not be charged again.
