Unsupported Audio Device Error

When you see an error prompt "Unsupported Audio Device", this means the headset you are using is not compatible with the PhoneSpeak desktop app.
To check on your computer setting, right-click on the sound icon at the Windows task bar,

It will launch the sound controller. Click on the Recording tab and select the default device. The one with a green tick icon. Click on the Properties button.

It will launch the device properties. Click on the Advanced tab. Take a look at the Default Format. The desktop app supports the following sample rate and bit depth:
- 16bit, 16KHz to 48KHz
- 24bit, 16KHz to 48KHz
- 32bit, 16KHz to 40KHz
