Once you sign up PhoneSpeak, you will have the main account with a provided Company Number. With this, you can start planning and grow your PhoneSpeak account for your business and organization by adding more user and dedicated numbers.

By adding users, you can choose to assign the users to share the company number for all calls (selecting NO - Phone Number on the radio button option) or you can add more dedicated numbers (Suggested Number). The cost of adding each user is $15.99** (US) and RM14.90 (MY) in the main account and for the dedicated number is $5.00 (US) and RM14.90 (MY) per number.


With this addition of users and dedicated numbers, your PhoneSpeak eventually has become a cloud PBX that can handle multiple calls and does call handling features that PhoneSpeak offers.


Once you have created your users, then you can have your user group into a team. By doing so, you now have your designated team of different call handling and number assignment. Basically how you would structure in a common office environment of department phone numbers.

Keeping your Company Number as the main call in number which then enable IVR menu that you can set each option number to reach to different team or user.  

Any addition of users and dedicated numbers will be pro-rated and reflect on your next billing.


**$3.00 User Regulatory Fee will be charge for each addition of user (US)
