Logging in to Phonespeak Account Portal
1. Log in to https://app.phonespeak.com with your Phonespeak credential
2. Go to People -> Teammates and select user -> Desk Phone Setting for SIP credential.
** Note that there will be $5.00 chargers per device **
Logging into Deskphone / Sip IP Phone
1. Make sure your phone is connected to your network environment. Open up your browser and load the Desktphone / IP Phone default login page. If you’re unsure the device IP of your phone, please look at the device user manual, contact their support or simply do a google search of your device brand/model.
2. Go to Account - > Register.
- Set line Active to “Enable”
- Input Label Name, Display Name, Register Name.
3. Input the Username, Password and Server Host you got it from our portal earlier and make sure the Port is “5060”
4. Transport would be UDP.
5. Leave the SIP Server 2 empty if you do not have other account to use on the same phone.
6. Go to Basic and leave all on default.
7. Codec, leave everything on default.
8. Lastly, don’t forget to Save and Reboot your device.
9. Re-login to the Phone and Check on the Status.
